What does 'Research Use Only' (RUO) mean?

Our products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are explicitly NOT for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. How do I access a Certificate of Analysis?

Are your peptides FDA approved?

No. Our compounds are not FDA-approved drugs and are not intended for human or veterinary use. They are sold exclusively as research chemicals for authorized scientific investigation in controlled laboratory environments.

Do you sell bacteriostatic water or other reconstitution supplies?

At this time, we focus exclusively on peptide compounds. We do not currently sell bacteriostatic water or ancillary lab supplies. We recommend sourcing these from a reputable laboratory supply vendor.

How should I store lyophilized (powder) peptides?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage (months to years), we recommend storing them in a freezer at -20C or colder. Keep the vials sealed until ready to use, and allow them to reach room temperature before opening to prevent moisture condensation.

What is the shelf life of lyophilized peptides?

When stored properly at -20C in a sealed vial and protected from light and moisture, lyophilized peptides can maintain stability for 24 months or longer. Each product label provides a recommended use-by date based on stability testing data.

How do I store reconstituted peptides?

Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides must be kept refrigerated between 2C and 8C (36F 46F). Avoid freezing reconstituted peptides as it can damage the molecular structure and reduce efficacy in research applications.

How long can reconstituted peptides be stored?

Reconstituted peptides stored in bacteriostatic water and refrigerated between 2C8C are generally stable for 46 weeks. This can vary by peptide structure; more sensitive sequences may degrade faster. Always follow best laboratory practices for your specific research application.

Do you provide reconstitution instructions?

As our products are strictly for research purposes, we do not provide reconstitution guides, dosing instructions, or experimental protocols. Qualified researchers are expected to have the necessary scientific knowledge to handle these compounds appropriately within their specific experimental designs.

What should I do if a vial appears damaged upon arrival?

Do not use a damaged vial. Photograph the damage immediately and contact our support team at support@nexmino.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for any confirmed damage that occurred during transit.

How are temperature-sensitive compounds shipped?

We utilize specialized cold-chain packaging for temperature-sensitive compounds to ensure integrity during transit. This includes insulated mailers, gel ice packs, and heat/cold shields selected based on the season and destination climate. Expedited shipping options are recommended for warmer months.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST MondayFriday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Which carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. The carrier and service level are selected at fulfillment based on destination, order size, and temperature requirements. You can view the shipping method used in your order confirmation email.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also view your tracking details by logging into your NEXMINO account and navigating to your order history.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping involves complex regulatory requirements for research chemicals that vary by country. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and will announce availability through our website and email newsletter.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Under what circumstances will a refund be issued?

Refunds are issued in the following cases: (1) you received the wrong product, (2) the product arrived demonstrably damaged due to a shipping incident, or (3) a confirmed quality failure is verified by our team. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect ordering by the customer, or improper storage after delivery.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 35 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 510 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end.

My package shows as delivered but I never received it. What do I do?

First, check with neighbors or your building's front desk or mail room, as packages are sometimes left with them. If the package is still not found, contact us at support@nexmino.com within 5 business days of the reported delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find the best resolution.
